The Seasons at Lost Valley

by beth and Marty, February 2008

It's been so long since we've updated this page. Beth made a retrospective video of the last twelve months. It's really sweet, watch it if you can by clicking here.

Life continues to grow and change. We are still living in our cozy little home at Lost Valley. Marty has a new job contracting for the Middle Fork Willamette Watershed Council. It's part time and he gets to work at home a lot. That's great because he can help the kids with homework when they come home from school. Speaking of school, Beth just said that she feels like she's really in grad school now. At first, the program seemed too easy. But now with her terminal project (why do they call it that, it sounds like a disease), she has her hands full and is really giving it her all.

kaseja and Gavain moved in with Gavain's stepdad John in Lowell, a small town about 8 miles from here. The kids are still getting used to the space and we are now a two household family. There's been a lot of transition this winter. Not to mention that we all got sick right after we returned from vacationing in California and Florida. Check out kaseja and Gavain's site for pictures of the trip to Florida.
